In 2022 Ayesa acquired Ibermática and the integration process was subsequently carried out in full in 2024 once their respective brands had been merged to only use Ayesa as the group’s sole commercial name. It was also when Ayesa replaced Ibermática as a Governing Board member of the technology centre.
