Industry 4.0. What advantages does it provide my company with?

In order to effectively address the implementation of Industry 4.0 in a company, IK4-TEKNIKER has its own reference model which is made up of three key concepts: Strategy (define the value proposal and/or business model; productive model (definition of the productive model which will respond to this strategy); and identification of technologies and technology assets.

The individuality of each company determines the point at which it finds itself in terms of the implantation of Industry 4.0 solutions. In this context, IK4-TEKNIKER has defined three phases in which it can collaborate with the companies: From the theoretical-practical introduction of Industry 4.0, covering the diagnosis and analysis of opportunities, to the execution of an action plan for implanting Industry 4.0 solutions for each specific requirement.
