Tekniker participates in the graduation ceremony of the Eibar School of Engineering
The techonology center is currently working with the University of the Basque Country to define a dual grade to be implemented next term.
The managing director of Tekniker, Luis Uriarte, attended the graduation ceremony of the Class of 2022 at the School of Engineering in Eibar, Gipuzkoa (UPV/EHU/University of the Basque Country).
During said event, held on September 30, the students of the 8th Class received their diplomas in the area of Renewable Energy engineering together with the 5th Class of the University Master’s Degree on Smart Electric Grid Monitoring and Distributed Generation also known as Smart Grids.
During his speech, the director underscored the close ties between the technology centre and the UPV/EHU. He also mentioned that both organisations are collaborating in lines of research related to photonics and the periodic table with dozens of doctoral candidates and graduates that have been working at the technology centre.
Uriarte also pointed out that Tekniker is currently working with the Gipuzkoa School of Engineering to define a dual grade to be implemented next term. As a result of this, students will be able to receive part of their training at the technology centre.
